This process has made a positive change in my life

I have been working with Dr Sexton for several months now and to be honest in the beginning I was skeptical. I was concerned that the process was just a way to sell supplements and just fad to get me to go down the rabbit hole of continued expenses. But after some research I decided that I would commit a specific amount of time to give this concept of Integrated Wellness a try. I quickly learned that I my concerns were simply an example how little I knew about the process of clean eating.

We began with very thorough testing, to learn what foods etc could be creating inflammation and have been carefully and methodically adding in items while monitoring any adverse reactions. The supplements have been essential to maintaining wellness while going through this kind of cleansing, reintroduction and gut repair. And yes, they are available for purchase in office but at a very competitive price compared to, say, Amazon or local stores.

Bottom line I didn’t understand the process and now I do. It’s not a quick fix, it’s an education about total body wellness. We have specific attainable goals that are monitored and supported by regular visits.

But it doesn’t end there. Every office visit I get something new to add to my education: recipe ideas that involve the new foods that I can add back in, restaurant names and ideas when I can’t cook at home, personalized goal sheets for each of the new foods we add back in, coaching notes and encouraging thoughts and reminders.

Even their reminder texts about upcoming visits are personal! “Have a great weekend, looking forward to see you on Monday.” This team is dialed in and invested in my education and total body wellness.
