This is my week three of following my new eating plan. I have received clear guidelines what I should be eating and why. The doctor gave me options and tips to make it work while working full time and traveling.
I feel more energy, sleep better and feel optimistic this will change my health and my life.
Do this before you are diagnosed with a chronic disease. Don’t wait until you have a serious issue. You don’t know how much better you can feel every day until you heal the inside of your body.
