Since working with Dr. Sexton, I have had a great improvement with my allergy and sinus issues. I was amazed that after about a week of doing a low histamine diet, I was able to stop taking my allergy medications and my sinus issues improved drastically. I had been taking allergy medications for many, many years. Through other dietary modifications and nutritional support, I have also been able to improve my overall health and eliminate chest pains I was experiencing from anxiety.
