Today was my second Bowen Therapy treatment with Lisa. This is the first time in years that I have been able to turn my head completely over my left shoulder. I never attributed my shoulder and back issues to my neck because I never realized that it was my neck giving me the problems. I was so well rested when I left the office that I felt I had slept all night. It was a great experience and I am looking forward to the next one.
