Update: although I left with some root causes left unidentified, they gave me powerful tools and understanding to move forward and continue my journey, and I am grateful.
Wish I could post a side by side of my skin. 1 year ago it was covered in eczema that was weeping and bleeding. Today, my skin is about 75% healed (from the inside out). This is in part thanks to the work and tools with Dr. Sexton and Katie. Honestly, Katie giving me the perspective that everything is energy was life changing for me and something I bring into my practice as a health coach.
